Privacy Policy
This notice describes how the personal data of website users and guests of Agriturismo Regno di Toscana is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.

2. Data we process
We process the data you provide and the data required by law, in particular: identification and contact details (first name, last name, email, phone); booking and stay data; identity-document details of all guests, as required by public-security regulations; payment data (handled by the relevant providers); any requests, preferences or notes you share (e.g. food allergies); browsing data and technical cookies collected through the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed in order to: manage bookings, payments and stays (performance of a contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR); comply with legal obligations, such as reporting guests' details to the Police via the “Alloggiati Web” portal, tourist-tax obligations and tax/accounting duties (art. 6.1.c GDPR); respond to contact requests (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR); send promotional communications, only with your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
4. How data is processed
Data is processed using both paper and electronic means, with appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure its security and confidentiality and to prevent unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
5. Disclosure of data
Data may be disclosed to: public-security authorities and public bodies in the cases provided for by law; suppliers acting as data processors (e.g. the management software/CRM provider, payment services, tax advisor, website provider). Data is not disseminated or sold to third parties for their own purposes without your consent. Any transfer to third countries takes place only where adequate safeguards under the GDPR are in place.
6. Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for the periods required by law (in particular tax and accounting obligations, generally 10 years). Public-security data is kept for the periods set by the relevant rules. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until the consent is withdrawn.
7. Booking form and cookies
Online booking is handled through an embedded widget provided by our management system (CRM), which may set technical cookies needed for it to work. The website uses technical cookies and, where present, third-party tools subject to their own notices. You can manage cookie preferences from your browser settings.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to obtain its rectification, erasure or restriction, to object to processing, to request data portability and to withdraw any consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. 9. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe the processing of your data infringes the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
